March Artist of the Month: Jarlyn Abreau
Jarlyn is a senior and will be graduating this June of 2020. Jarlyn has been taking art classes for all four years of high school. She is very talented and enjoys fashion from all Eras. She is currently taking AP Studio Art. Jarlyn’s AP Sustained Investigation focuses on Fashion Materials and Fabrics from prehistoric to current times. Each composition will depict the various fabrics and materials created during that time in our world’s history. Jarlyn enjoys working with a variety of media including: charcoal, pastel, colored pencil, paint and collage. Her Sustained Investigatory artworks are made of mixed media further enhancing her ability to work with a variety or materials.
