Co-Captains Javon Turner and Maliyah Parker led the Wilby-Wolcott Cooperative Kickball Team to a decisive win over the Oxford HS Team.

Javon kicked a double and two singles to drive in five runs, and he made two outs at third base, too.

Maliyah Parker kicked three singles to drive in the winning run and was instrumental in holding the Oxford’s runners by stopping the ball in the infield at the shortstop position.

In addition, Wilby’s Unified Team was awarded the Special Olympics National Unified Champion School Certificate of Achievement for achieving National Standards of a Unified Champion School!
