Please meet Wilby artist Mr. Miguel Rodriguez, our second student showcased in a new series called, “Meet the Wilby Student Artists.”

Miguel is a senior and will be graduating this June of 2020. Miguel has been taking art classes for three years of high school. He is extremely talented and enjoys drawing people from all ages and poses. He is currently taking Painting and AP Studio Art. His AP Sustained Investigation will focus on Portraiture of important people in his life. These portraits of his family and friends will be completed using nontraditional color schemes. Although Miguel enjoys working with graphite, these portraits will be completed through the use of ball point pens and paint.
